Can't live without this for rotisserie chicken cooking!
A must for rotisserie chicken in air fryers with rotisserie!!!! Nice & stretchy to fit over a whole fryer for rotisserie. Will try using it also for stuffed roasts. Will definitely purchase again!

Just What I Needed
One dish I make for holidays is a smoked turkey breast. My recipe calls for a full breast, de-boned, seasoned, cooked by sous vide immersion, then smoked. I tried tying the two de-boned breast halves with butcher string in the past with fair success, but it was a time consuming and messy process. This netting made it much easier and creates a more appetizing appearance on my dish. Will continue to use and buy more in the future.

Good for pork back loin
Finally got to use today on two pork back loins that have been EQ cured for 14 days. The meat was firm so I’m not sure if it helped or worked against me. They were tight to get on. However the point of using them is to hold the meat firm so it does what it supposed to.
