Handy little device. Compact lightweight and full of features. I wanted to use this to check vehicle speeds on a residential road and figured I could also use it for hunting. Turns out I see myself using this for more than I even thought I would.Pros:-Seems reasonably accurate. I tested on known distances, speeds and they all were within a few feet and mph.-Quite easy to use once you understand the basics-Fun to try and guess distances and speeds of objects with the family.Cons.-Wish there was some sort of rubberized grip-No backlight on interior display so night time use is extremely hard. Most wouldn't see this as an issue and I didn't think much of it prior to buying but now that I've tried using it for speed checks at night it's nearly impossible to use at dust to dark. I'll probably break mine open and incorporate a very low lumen led in the lens to assist with this issue. Should be an easy add-on to the circuit.-I skipped the manual for the most part as it was a little hard to understand and I figured it all out by just playing with it.Overall this device has proven to be a winner for me. It will be interesting to see how the battery holds up over time but they are cheap so it's not that much of an issue.
