Yes there are plenty of sellers who sell netting on its own if you go into seller on this product you should see some there

Does it keep out spiders as well

Yes if they are outside, but if they’re in it keeps them in ☺️ One of my best purchases ever, been using them for years 👍

Can I cut the mesh down to fit the window?

Yes you can cut down but I do not recommend this product/supplier. Mesh large and will let in a lot of insects. Above all - I ordered three pack and after many weeks wait was sent a single net and single velcro.

Bedroom Juliette windows open inwards - will this stick to outside frame paintwork throughout the summer plus?

Possibly, the stuff is so sticky it's really really hard to get off once it's been on window frames for awhile. Drives me crazy & looks messy but at least it works!
