The pictures came fast in a time when all shipping was slow. The pictures were excellent and hung very nicely. Love them.

Items are very poor quality. As you can see they are not even flat. Picture is mounted on some type of foam board with no structural integrity. No framing. No wood or backing. And no way to hang it unless you were going to glue it to your walls. Shipped from China and very poor quality

The process is done and shipped from China.After reading the reviews of others, I decided to take a chance.I had hope the image I submitted would be applied in a manner befitting the layout of the 5 panels, and they did not disappoint. It's clear to me they actually took the time to ensure the best possible position was applied to the prints.What was more impressive is how they created the prints, in which a portion of the print was wrapped around the frame, but the adjoining prints were also wrapped, but the image is still intact. If you look at the edges of the frames, you can see where the image was separated.I was hoping there wouldn't be any gaps, and if you place all 5 frames together, the image is intact. Surprisingly well done.The quality of the image itself was lost, but this was to be expected. With the material used and the printer, it was unlikely a "4K" image could be used. Much like a digital TV, the further you are away from it, the clearer the image becomes because you don't see the pixels.The frames do come with hangers, but must be applied. I'm glad the choice was made to include them but not attach them, as I can see damage occurring if they were applied before shipping.The above gets 5* easily. For the price and what was delivered, better than expected.The loss of 1* applies to the packaging.Oh, my, it's horrendous. The 5 frames were stacked atop each other and the bubblewrap and tape used is nothing I've seen before. It never ends, and worse, as you cut further into the mess, it gets frustrating as the material is removed from the individual frames with hope they're not being ruined in the process.I highly recommend a utility knife or hobby knife to slowly cut the tape, then unwrap the plastic. It took me about 10 minutes to meticulously remove it all.I cannot understand why an outside box wasn't used, but seeing a large bubble wrapped package extending out of my mailbox was the last thing I was expecting as a delivery method.Despite the excessive unrecyclable landfill material, the package did arrive intact, so maybe that's a good thing? No, an external box should have been used.This concludes my review of the frames. I recommend the option if you're looking for customized pictures, but not expecting high resolution imagery. If the latter is important to you, this would not be the option to use.Thanks for reading and I hope this review was helpful.

Pretty happy over all wasnt actual canvas more like a constuction board you would use for school project used velcro command strips for placement

The customer service was just over the top. Showed great patience working with us to create the best pictures that we could come up with. Just awesome and very happy with the over all picture quality. Arrived earlier then expected.Can't thank them enough!!

My biggest worry before purchasing this product was the quality of the picture. However, when it arrived it was remarkable and exceeded my expectations. Besides the long wait for the product because it was from china and the pandemic made it get delayed exponentially. However, the frames that hold the picture is cheap wood and it is very disappointing because I had to use a hammer to put the wood back in place for it to be sturdy. Anyone who decides to buy this can easily make their own frames with more stronger wood since the picture is held by staples, So, it will be easier to take out of the current frame it arrives in. Nevertheless, I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a mural with their own image.
