Princeton Tec Fuel Headlamp Torch

I bought it as my old PT is getting a bit battered after lots of use, and they've stopped making the model I had. I've tried a few other alternatives but none of the others are as light and compact to wear and none the same broad even spread of bright light as the old PT for working on vehicles, in lofts etc. I'm fussy about headtorches - I've got a collection of about 10 that I don't use unless I have to.So far, after using it a few times it seems to be a worthy successor - definitely recommended. You can easily forget you're wearing it and just get used to being able to see everything, which is exactly what a headtorch should be like. I might buy another one 'just in case'!

Compact and lightweight for prolonged work on car. Seemed to fade after a few hours but holding up better with new batteries. Tricky on off with gloves but similarly no chance of inadvertent switching. Takes knocks well and does not go out or flicker.

Great variable light modes. My son loves the light for his jogging in the dsrk. Gives good visibility.

Brilliant piece of kit. Light, comfortable, powerful. There are two types of people in the world. Those who own this head torch and realize how useful it is and those who don't have one.

If you are night hiking or when you are caught out on the hill after dark you don't want a cheap, unreliable headtorch - Always buy decent equipment and carry spare batteries/bulb. This unit is top class and throws a good beam, essential on tough ground.

I've tried numerous headlights. This is the best I've found. Long battery life, simple operation. Many of the others have too many lumens and too many modes. When you use them only a few times a year, you can't remember how to control all of the modes. So this one is simple with 4 modes in sequential order - a no brainer. And for walking on a trail at night, there's plenty of lumens on the lowest setting.

Bought this for walking around wooded path. Product fits great, and easy to install batteries. Was very pleased with the amount of lite produced and light distribution on the ground in front of me. I have used for only about 5 hours but the batteries seem to be holding out fine. I have never purchased a headlamp before this one but I am happy with this one. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a nice headlamp without spending a lot.

I like this lamp, it's light & u get a very good beam.u have 3 levels of light & a flashing mode. i usually use the max level.waterproof is also a plus here.
