good came in good shape, packing fine
It works excelente for me, with one bag of tea It increases my milk production in less the 24hrs they get big and hard full off milk. My baby have good nutrition and weight with just breas feeding. I love it, and recommends it despite the flavor is not my favorive I just add mint or cinnamon to it and it works fine

It’s tea.
I can’t say that it works or doesn’t work. I drank this, ate oatmeal lactation cookies and pumped every 3 hours (on top of breastfeeding) to boost my supply - and it worked wonderfully! Went from almost dried up to pumping a few ounces at a time. Can’t say which of the combo worked most because I did it all at the same time. But this tea is good. Tastes like the other mothers milk one - I’ve gotten used to it, and it’s definitely not bad tasting.

Tastes good and it works
I've tried several lactation teas and they often have an anise/licorice taste, but this one actually tastes good. It is the only one I like. It either works to boost milk production or has a placebo effect. It is a nice way to start the day and for a nursing mom concerned about caffeine, it takes your mind off skipping the coffee. I wish it was available with free shipping.

Worth trying!!!
These pills are definitely a Godsend! When my baby was only 1 month I experienced my first milk shortage. I bought the Motherlove More Milk Plus pills and I didn't see a notable difference. I took fenugreek pills and after about a week I had an abundance of milk. All it took was one week of pills!I experienced my second milk shortage when my baby was almost 4 months old, coincidentally after the holidays. I started taking the fenugreek pills again expecting the same reaction; however, the difference was barely noticeable. I started eating oatmeal, flax seeds and brewers yeast and only noticed a slight difference. I really started to panic when my frozen milk supply started to diminish. I started reading a few breastfeeding blogs and saw that a few people recommended the Gaia Lactation Support pills. I decided to give them a try. Oh thank heaven! I have an abundance of milk again, and I'm slowly building my frozen milk supply again.I strongly recommend anyone who is having difficulty with their supply to give these pills a try.

Works but not so great taste
I bought this because I hate licorice and anise and this is a lactation tea that has neither which is a win in my book. When I got it I tried it with honey and I must say it helps production. my flow is really building up with the help of this stuff. While I can stomach the taste, I am sad to say the tea bags are single use only. I tried brewing a second round and it was just tinted water which just seems wasteful. I'll try another tea before I buy this one again.

This tea worked for me for a month I was taking other supplements such other teas and pills but when I have this tea one in the morning and one at night it worked for me in increasing my supply.

Made my baby fussy
I personally really like the taste so I guess it depends on the person. This definitely helped my milk production! But it made my baby SO fussy. I tried it over and over and she just couldn’t tolerate it.

Goat's Rue Tea is not just for Breastfeeding
I have been drinking this tea for some time. Learned all the benefits of Goat's Rue (longevity, lower blood sugar...), and this tea has it. It's very digestive and tastes good to boot.
