I recently ordered this item as a birthday gift for my sister and was very excited about it. Unfortunately, when she received it, we noticed that the left side of the circular glass was bent and not properly cut into a smooth circle. This flaw makes the product look unfinished and quite disappointing, not at all what I expected.What’s even more frustrating is that there is no option to return or replace the item, even though it arrived damaged. If a product is broken or defective, there should absolutely be an option to exchange it for a properly made one.This was meant to be a special gift, but it ended up being a letdown. I hope this feedback helps others before purchasing. I wouldn’t recommend this product as a gift for someone special, it’s not the quality you'd want for such an occasion.
