the seam ripped while placing this on the ottoman and the seller won't respond.
we have tried at least monthly to connect to the seller (hometown market) and they will not respond with a return or refund. The other slipcover worked great. This one has a weak seam. Defective.we continue to try to get our refund and as of 3/19/2021 they have not communicated or refunded the $88.88 plus tax.. be careful ordering here....
