sootheTIME Cruisetime Klipz Weather Resistant Blanket, Black (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

I bought this blanket for strolling through DC in January. It was perfect for insulating my little one from melting snowflakes. It also served well as an impromptu, waterproof, padded diaper-changing table. I can dress baby in a less bulky jacket for the car seat, but carry her through the cold between the house and car wrapped in this. The clips have indentations which snap perfectly around the wire frame of our Graco's canopy; I clip the bottom to the seat pad to keep it clear of the stroller's wheels. The only drawback is that the clips can pull free of the blanket's tabs (you could sew them on), but I'd rather that than have the blanket tear - and after two years, I still have all four clips.

I recently came across this weather resistant blanket when I was out shopping with my friends and their baby. The blanket belonged to them. Well, my toddler dropped her sippy cup into the stroller and her entire bottom and the seat of the stroller got wet. We put her in a new outfit and took the Klipz blanket and put the resistant side facing down over the massive spill and placed her in it. It got cool out so the fleece kept her warm and the other side kept her dry. When we got home the stroller was completely dry. I was amazed and rushed right out to buy one. It serves more purpose than being just a blanket that you can clip to the stroller. I gave it four stars because I can just see my daughter yanking the thing out of the Klipz if she gets hot, and I can just see the Klipz getting lost in some random store, but forget the clips, its the blanket that's truly a marvel!!!
