Vertex Salinity Refractometer with Auto Temp. Calibration

Fyi Amazon, I think this is a chinese ripoff or someone is fraudulently using this brand name...There's no brand name anywhere on it, nothing on the box, nothing in the documentation.Not sure why the page says 'Vertex'. Vertex is a reputable brand in the aquarium trade.

This instrument is very well built and easy to use. If you need a refractometer to measure salt content of an aqueous solution, I think you will be pleased with this one.

The item shown is a picture taken from the VERTEX website. You will be sent a cheap knock off, not a name brand item!This is the same thing you will receive if you order the absolute cheapest refractometer on amazon. (as I ordered the other and couldnt get it to keep calibration)This is a scam!!!

I got this and calibrated it with distilled water and then checked my take. easy to use and instructions are very clear, this is my first time using this instrument.

Easy to use and effective, once calibrated checking the salinity is quick and accurate. Your fish will thank you for the accuracy.
