Arrived to be assembled, which didn't take long. Impressed with build quality when finished. Has good choice of heating elements. Switching on is by pullcord, easy to operate. Pleased with it.

Not sure why you would want to pay more for anything better. This takes the chill off when the termperature is in the low teens. Any colder and I would not care to sit outside for hours in any case

Great product, plenty of heat for a 12x15ft decking area. Easy to assemble and not too bulky to store indoors, unlike our old gas patio heater. A couple of bits were missing, contacted the seller who sent a replacement out immediately.

We bought a used heater similar to this from an estate sale about ten years ago and it's gradually been on the decline - if I'd realised how reasonably priced a replacement would be, I'd have made this purchase a long time ago! Highly recommended! And our cat likes it too!

Product was easy to assemble BUT the connection between the bottom pole and the base was very week therefore the product was not very sturdy they need to look at the connection of the pole to the base!!!!

It's hot and it's sturdy - and that's what you want. Only reason for 4 stars not 5 is that there's no cover available. I got round the problem with a tie-up bin bag which works fine.

Does exactly what it says in the tin! It heats up fairly quickly, the base is sturdy and gives off a nice wee heat. The only downside is the short cable, this is slightly restrictive, however this was easily fixed with an extension cable
