I was gifted this years ago from a friend when I watched her kids for her. It literally is the best thing if you burn any part of your body, especially from a stove, etc., an absolute mess and it has to be this specific brand.

I use it to remove skin tags and I put it on at night because it has a medicine smell to it but it works it just take sometime

My nephew gave me a half-used bottle of this the last time we were visiting (Hawaii) and it wonderfully, so I bought this so that we had it when we came home and it has worked well for mosquito and gnat bites. It stops the itching relatively quickly (not instantaneous, but maybe in a minute or so).

The product is excellent for many uses, my wife uses it for toe fungus and for removing tags off her body, only downside is the price has almost tripled in the last year, so shop around, again the product is excellent as does work as advertised..
