Couldn't believe this actually works.
First time trying a mouthpiece anti-snoring product and this works like a charm. Easy to "mold to fit" and simple to use. Takes just a little while to get used to it when going to bed, but well worth it.

I only liked one of the different ones in the package. All the others felt awkward. Even the one I wore a few times was somewhat stiff. It also made my nose tickle. What finally made me stop using it was that it seemed to dry out my nose and mouth.

Surprisingly, the inserts for hour nostrils work. The mouthpiece chapped my gums. I’m going to reheat it and try again to make it fit better but not crazy about that part
