This is a great electric chair well worth the money. It is extremely easy to maneuver, the joystick is a bit too responsive but with a little practice it becomes quite manageable. It is very solidly looking and built; quite fast too at top speed and I like the fact that at every speed you have a range from slow to faster. It is also amazing how you can turn around in tight spaces. Both the back and seat are comfortable, and I don’t think I’ll need an extra cushion like I had to with other chairs. Folding it and carrying it in the back of my SUV is so easy.In reading the other reviews, especially the critical ones (they are always the first ones I read) I cannot understand when they complain about lack of support from the manufacturer; I had several exchanges with support and I found everybody I talked to or wrote to be extremely courteous, knowledgeable and getting back to me within a reasonable timeframe. I gladly give five stars to this company and their products.

We bought this wheelchair for my 88 year old mother two months ago.....she wanted to go see her great grandkids play flag football and soccer, but couldn't walk all over the fields. It has been amazing so far. This chair is simple to charge, folds up very easily and fits in the back of our SUV. My husband lifts it in easily. Mom has quickly learned how to use the joystick to steer it, and is comfortable now adjusting the speed. The chair has traveled well over concrete, cobblestone, grass, and artificial turf....even through a gravel parking lot. The grandkids love that it beeps when she backs up! Overall, we are super pleased.....it has really opened up the world for her.

First off, let me start by saying I hardly give out 5 star reviews. A product really need to impress me to get 5 stars. If the product works exactly as described, that is a 4 star product. I reserve 5 stars for those stand out products such as this chair! It comes fully assembled other than the joystick, which just inserts into the end of the right arm rest and is secured with a hand screw. The batteries charged quickly and I took it out on some trails to start with. I was shocked at how well it did. It maneuvers great and can really handle some decent off road terrain! The batteries seem to just keep on going as well! I have tried a few electric wheelchair and this is by far the best!

I had the most wonderful experience today thanks to this wheelchair. I’ve been unable to do normal activities for a while, but today my daughter and I spent the day at a huge craft festival in Reelfoot, Tennessee. I’m still learning how to drive it better, but I had a lot of people laughing, and even a few taking pictures of the chair!I’m so grateful for a product that is no lightweight, folds easily, and allows my daughter to store it in her car trunk. Thank you for creating something that gives me the freedom to enjoy the things I love again. I feel truly blessed!
