These clamps are all plastic, so the amount of clamping force is limited. They are good for positioning parts to drill holes, driving brads with an air nailer, clamping work pieces for sawing in a radial arm saw or chop saw, Some gluing, and similar tasks. The "fast regulator" is a real time saver. Opening and closing the clamp takes about a second with this feature. I would have given 5 Stars if these clamps had been made of steel.

Light and quickly opens

I was nervous about plastic clamps but I’ve come to actually see it as a benefit in some situations. They are very light so dropping them isn’t a big deal. They are a little less likely to damage a surface than metal. They do still hold tight. The button to make large adjustments makes use much quicker. I’m kinda surprised how much I like these. Maybe a little nervous they won’t last as long is my cast iron ones but still good. I suppose I never have to worry about rust either.

I got these for my husband and he loves them, he said the quick release works well and is so handy. They are good quality and holding up well so far.

Very useful for all sorts of projects. Great addition to the toolbox.
