Perfect for the job
Love this book and repeatedly purchase it. It’s the perfect size for your pocket, is good quality so won’t easily tear. Sellers are great also and when I had a small issue with the end pages of one book they sent a full replacement. Don’t usually leave reviews but these books are so great they deserve it.

Ideal.
A neat little set tracker pad. Could be a little bigger but, it's being used well.

Must have for the gym
Each page logs a full workout and tracks up to 5 sets per line, which works perfectly for most routines. Lasts around 5–6 months if you train 4 times a week—plenty of time to track progress without switching notebooks. It’s compact, sturdy, and distraction free (save hours of social media scrolling)No unnecessary fluff, just a clean, practical way to stay consistent and motivated. Perfect for anyone serious about tracking gains, from casual gym-goers to dedicated lifters.Pros: Portable, well-laid-out, long-lastingCons: May feel small for very high-volume routinesA simple tool, but it makes sticking to your fitness goals much easier.

A pocket sized gym tracker
Good value for money little gym book. For me it’s a little on the small side. Despite a good layout, there isn’t much room to write your exercise details in properly. Use abbreviations, however, and with it being the perfect size to fit in your pocket it is handy enough.

Compact and waterproof
This is a great diary for weight training if a compact size is convenient. It’s also waterproof, which is handy for swimmers too.Pros- Good quality diary, with quality paper- Compact size- Waterproof paper, which doesn’t smudge (e.g. won’t get ruined if you spill your water bottle on it)- Works for swimming as well as the gym, thanks to water proofingCons- Compact size won’t suit people with large handwriting- Limited space to detail cardio (e.g. not much space to record several different cardio intervals on the same page)In summary, this is definitely one of the higher quality gym diaries I’ve used. It’s best suited to recording weight training, but the waterproof paper is a real benefit. I’ll buy this diary again.
