I gave 5 stars because of my amazing experience with the service. I ordered 3x7 but unfortunately received a few missing boxes. I raised the concern with seller who not only gave prompt responses but also sent me extra boxes (more than I was missing) as a compensation. I am very happy with my purchase. Ive had a lot of shoe racks in the past which were such a pain as they would collapse or break. So far, I am finding this shoe rack quite sturdy and good. Very accomodating for many pairs including my wife's heels and high boots.Must buy

Exactly what our entrance hall needed!
This product is exactly what I was looking for to tidy up our messy entrance hall. The cubes are wide and big enough to fit my husband’s ankle boots. It was very easy to assemble once you figured out you can have shelves. It took little time for my husband to assemble. Definitely better than the fabric shoe storage products we’ve had in the past that fall apart within weeks. It’s very stylish and looks beautiful in our doorway. You can set it up whichever shape you fits your space. It’s very easy to clean. The package was missing a few items and I contacted seller straight away. The missing items arrived within 2 working days. Great customer support!

Incomplete parts
The product is what I have expected it to be and will serve its purpose of storing shoes along our hallway. Unfortunately , there are parts missing and I have been in contact with the seller via e- mail as provided on the pack when it was delivered . The missing parts are essential to completely install the product ; otherwise , there will be parts unused. The seller has not replied back which I am disappointed with .
