Good quality for the money
Been using it for several months now. No major complaints. Good quality for the money. The Plantronics Voyager it ain’t. But, it’s a pretty good facsimile. No one complains about hearing. I use it on a daily basis in my tractor/trailer at work. Fairly noisy environment.This is my second one. 👍🏻

Great ear bud!It is very similar to my old ear bud except half the price. It has great sound quality for both parties talking.

High quality and comfort
Don't even know its in your ear. Easy to use and able to hear perfectly. Everyone says they can hear me perfectly as well. I also like how the phone number calling is announced before answering. Bought one for my son who works remotely from home and he loves it too!

A little bulky on the ear lobe!
Great price, so far has worked as advertised, and other than the bulky ear lobe holder, works well. Great sound, comfortable and lasts quite on a single charge. Would definitely purchase again.

The item broke within two weeks of purchase
The item broke within two weeks of use. The multi function button came off from the headset. Without the button, the headset is useless.
