This is the first time using these balls, we normally use glass media for our pump. But I am completely impressed. Pool was a swamp after the winter, we never cover it, and within two days of putting these balls in, it was completely clear except for the dirt on the bottom of the pool.

This is the worse product ever if your pool is green from winter. I decided to switch from sand to filtration balls on a whim it’s new and promising. Bad decision I’m now switching back to sand. I washed the balls and 2 days later back to blowing out cloudy water after backwashing. Don’t know about fresh pools but terrible for algae.

First season using them instead of sand. So far I love the increased pressure and the pool is getting clean.

Installed these last year and they did well. Pressure going back into the pool was stronger than we'd ever seen. We have an above ground round 24' pool. We set the return nozzle at enough angle, it makes a lazy river for me to float and nap and the debris collects in the very center for quick clean up. Need to take them out for a pressure wash in a bucket I think because return water pressure is no where as good, but pool is still staying clean. I have no intention of putting these in my household washing machine.
