I recently purchased the Sparkling Ice Huge Variety Pack from WJW Franchise and have been thoroughly impressed with the great taste and the wide range of flavors offered. Each beverage is refreshing and delicious, making it a perfect choice for any occasion.However, I do have a significant concern regarding the shipping process. I placed my order on June 26, 2024, through Amazon and paid $15 for expedited shipping, with an initial expected delivery date of June 28, 2024. Unfortunately, the order was delayed multiple times, and the final delivery date was July 1, 2024.Given that I paid for expedited shipping, this delay was quite disappointing. I believe the seller should reimburse the expedited shipping fees, as the service paid for was not provided as promised.Overall, while the product itself is fantastic, the shipping experience has left much to be desired. I hope this issue can be resolved to ensure a better customer experience in the future.
