This product is perfect, I read reviews that were talking about congestion, nightsweats, and it not working, im glad I read the rest of the reviews. It works perfect, they are slower dissolving than advertised, but chewing them went fine. They go into effect within 20min for me. I am very picky with my melatonin, I suffer from bouts of insomnia. I will not use another product. If it wasnt for the pepto taste and the slow dissolving I'd give 5 stars. If you struggle with the melatonin gummies from stores or the powdery taste of the melatonin tablets, try these!!

Work fine but taste awful, like shampoo.

This is a very simple way to take melatonin. I found these capsules to be very effective and tasted great. A little of the melatonin flavor came through but it wasn't bad. I am happy to find options for anything from this brand as they generally have really good price/quality products.

These Melatonin are NOT QUICK DISSOLVE! They taste horrible and you have to taste it for like 10 minutes before they are thin enough to chew and swallow. They do work though.

This brand is fantastic, I have been using their 20mg version for the last 6 months and I was super stoked to see these as a Vine product because I'm almost out of my original bag, which clearly lasts forever 😅 the taste is quite bitter to me but I've gotten used to it over time. If they didn't work so well, I would probably be turned off by the taste.For context, I work overnights (6pm-6am) so I have been trying MANY different melatonin brands over the last couple years and have been disappointed 90% of the time. But, this brand has worked fantastically since day one, only takes about 15 minutes for it to fully kick in.The main thing I am not a fan of, it seems to dry out your mouth for quite awhile and the taste seems to linger for a bit too.If you can get past all the taste issues, it's a great product and lasts months and months.
