I purchased one to see if it would be accepted. Both cats immediately inspected and did walk ins. It is very well made, feels great to the touch and quite attractive. You just pop it up, shape it a bit. No assembly needed. The opening is a perfect size for a cat to both feel safe inside, yet see what is going on. Within one day the 5 yr old had claimed it as his nap spot. The 13 yr old girl let him have it, but showed interest, so I risked another. So glad I did!. I received a 2nd today, to which she laid immediate claim once put down & has spent serious naptime within. There are so many beds, pads, houses, pillows & hammocks that have proven a waste of money. They can now go to shelters. These are comforting to my older cat's need for solitude & quiet from the male who is a stinker & tends to bother her. He likes his because it's HIS. I like them because they do.

I highly recommend this product. My two cats who are both as finicky as cats could ever be lol Love these little huts. I call them the wool bags. I don't know what an appropriate name would be but they are very cozy and dark. The cats love it because they can curl up in there and sleep for hours. I think this will be a nice warm cat house for people who live in the north where it's colder. My cats still love it even though we live in the hot south. I would say this is high quality and I highly recommend it. Well worth the money spent. I ended up buying an extra one because both of my cats were fighting over the one that I had. I had also bought a different style of a cat house for the other cat which I kept but these are much more popular!!!

My cat likes soft beds, but she doesn't usually climb in boxes and things, and she's overweight, so I wasn't sure if she would go for the whole "enclosed" thing, or if the entrance would be too small for her. But I wanted her to have a place to feel safe and to kind of protect her from the AC, which blows directly on the sofa.Initially, she sniffed it and walked away, but I sprayed some catnip inside and put a few treats in there, lined up like breadcrumbs to make a trail. It took her 15 or 20 minutes to be interested again, but she crawled in to get the treats and hasn't come out since. It's been a couple of hours now, and it doesn't seem to be too hot for her, even though it's summer and we're in the south.I went back and forth about what size to get because I don't have that much space, but I'm glad I got the large. Even though I think another smaller cat could fit in there with her, a smaller opening probably would have been uncomfortable at my cat's size (15 pounds). This one has room for her to lie down like she normally does without having to curl up too tightly in a ball. Even so, the cave is actually not as big around as I was afraid it was going to be. It's about the same size as the cat beds I used to have before my other cat passed away that fit both cats together. Plus since it's soft, you can kind of push in the sides a bit to get it to fit someplace.Finally, it looks great with the modern decor in my apartment. It doesn't look cheap or poorly made or like it came from 1992 like so much other cat furniture. It's surprisingly thick and substantial, and I can see it lasting a long time.My only complaint is that the way it was packed in plastic for shipping, the wool came out with some dents that wasn't really able to fluff out to make a proper round shape. But I'm thinking these may relax over time.Overall, despite my initial reservations and the relatively high price compared to other options, I'm very glad I bought this, and I wish I'd gotten one a long time ago!

Bought for my kitten who likes to hide, her brother ended up loving it instead and smooches the top down to sleep on top! She joins him for snuggles. Great product, they love it, it's well made, it's versatile, and it's nice and cozy! 10/10 great product.

My cats love this bed. I wish they came with a bowl form not a cave. The bowl is uneven but my cat loves to lay on top of it. It's pretty soft and comfortable. I did not like the shape but what can I do my cat likes it, So I just keep it.

The media could not be loaded. George loves it. He loves chasing things you throw in it, especially if he gets to land on it and make it collapse. The best thing though is that he LOVES to sleep in it when he wants to just get away from it all and have some privacy, which is great as it’s on the foot of my bed. He also has a closet loft bed and an under the bed bed, but I don’t get to feel his presence as much when he’s in those. I got this as a trick of sorts and it totally works. Plus it just looks cool on its own. Highly, I recommend.

This is a great kitty home for hiding. My cat used to open the sliding door on the closet to hide and sleep on my shoes and clothes. Since I got this natural fabric ball, he doesn't do that anymore and he only sleeps there. We love the design of it with the kitty face. Great product!!! My Balinese never wanted to sleep in the polyester houses/pillows.

I bought this bed for when I was getting my cat spayed. I had that done this past week. My cat took to it right away.The bed is not what you would call soft but it is super strong beautiful wool material that should stand up to a lot of wear. My cat has many beds scattered throughtout the house but she seems to have this one as current favourite.I highly recommend this sweet little get away for kitty.

Cat loves it he's always saying how much enjoyment it gives him, in fact I have trouble waking him up in the mornings to have his breakfast lol

I bought one of these cat caves as a special place for my cats to feel comforted, safe and protected as I travel ALOT for work. I have a cat sitter that comes when I am away but this bed is super stylish, warm, handmade (I love supporting local), is made from wool which is great for their coats and they both IMMEDIATELY went into it and fell asleep...aww!!My one cat has taken over the cat cave, which I actually got for my little kitty, so I have just ordered a second one!A touch on the pricey side, but HIGH QUALITY and it's so hard to find a unique product that is actually worth the money...look NO FURTHER- THIS IS IT!! It's stylish, looks like art and is so discreet.
