I usually only write reviews if I really hate or I really like something. I have to say I love these shirts. I'm a stocky 5'-9" man weighing 230, 38 Inch waste. I have mostly muscle under the hood with broad shoulders. I purchased a XXL and they fit perfectly. Not to tight and not to loose. I get good sweat performance and free movement while working out. When I lay on the bench to lift, I'm not exposing my stomach with this shirt due to rise when the arms move. I also found on the hot Summer nights, these shirts help to regulate my temp and keep me cooler while I sleep. My only issue with them is that they pile. After several washings and lots of ware time, the material does pile and has loose ends appearing. That's why only 4 stars, but man are they comfortable to ware. I've actually purchased 12 of these shirts now.

Make sure that "mesh" shirt is what you want before purchasing. I purchased Neleus compression shirts multiple times in the past and loved the fit and feel of the compression workout shirts. In fact, I wear them all the time! I thought the mesh shirts would provide the same level of comfort, but they do not fit or feel the same. If I purchase shirts in the future, I'll definitely go back to the compression shirts.

Best workout shirts for the price. The stretchiness material gives you the perfect fit around the biceps and hugs the chest area perfectly.

These shirts are solid. 2 issues. 1 - The shirts can get messed up by the hooky velcro part. 2 - I normally wear a large, I got XL for these shirts, they're fine (6ft 230lbs), but the arms are maxed out at 16.5in.They're good shirts though, those aren't so much complaints as observations.

Size runs large. I'm 5'9", weighing 160 pounds and have a 42" chest and these hang very loose on me. The are comfortable and dry fast but a medium would have been a better option so there wasn't so much extra material. I use them for under shirts with my uniform and I'm outside for 8 hours per shift.
