most all of them are cheap from china. there not pure copper. for starting out there ok. get amazons choice under serach for arduino both femal and male end.

Can you use the blue terminal for adding 8 volts for stronger servo's?

I don't think seller is correct. It is clear in the description text and pinout photo that the jumper in the corner selects for routing 5V or terminal block to VCC pins. I see no voltage regulator chip on this board.

Can you use this with a 3v board like the due?

Yes, but remove the PWR_SEL jumper, and jumper the 3.3v into the VCC terminal block.
