Did not work with the equipment and was not a comfortable fit

One of the most comfortable headsets I've owned. The voice tube is the best for voice quality, pitch, and sound level. I don't like noise canceling head sets because they seem to cancel out my voice all together lol - not entirely but I always get complaints that the person on the other end can't hear me - and I rarely get any complaints with a voice tube head set such as this. This is nice to wear for long periods or to take a break from a heavier, more constricting headset. It's light and breathable for your ears because there is no foam. The ear peice that goes into your ears swivels so that helps a lot for different fits - especially if you have small ears like me

Earpiece was not particularly comfortable and callers had trouble hearing me. Actually did not keep this item for very long.

This was purchased to replace one that was about 10hands years old. Light as a feather, you don't even know it is there and the sound quality is nice and clear.

Worked as expected

The headset is poor quality. My customers are not able to hear me and it's already broken.I have to purchase a new one. If you purchase this product from this company get the insurance because the headset will break right away.

I've been using a tri-star headset at home for several years. I like it so much that now I'm buying a second one to use at work. If you don't like the idea of having a bulky headset or a band that goes across the top of your head, then this headset is perfect for you. It fits right over your ear and is very comfortable, even for those long conference calls.Voice pickup and sound quality is top-notch. You will need an amplifier of some sort. I've been able to get mine to work with a Cisco IP phone and a Polycom phone with simple adapter cables, so check your phone first to see if it has headset support built in.Highly recommended!

Bought this for work because its exactly like the one I had at my previous job and I wanted the same thing. I use it every day at work and it works fantastically. I can hear well and it still sounds just as good as it did the first day I used it. If/when this one gets tired and old I will most definitely buy another. I love this.

Very pleased with the product and service also the after care is brilliant.
