Why has the price almost doubled in the last couple months???

Everything is more expensive. I’ve noticed if you give a good review the price goes up a lot.

Why does it say - Batteries 1 Lithium Metal batteries required?

I think we have a failure during editing before printing. These are a brand name battery labeled as Amazon. Same as wally world does with their house labeled stuff. No worries. best batteries I've bought for quite a while. I have a lot of battery hungry stuff and these perform as well as / if not better than the brand name they resemble. I'm about due to restock with these again 'cause ya can't beat the price

Why are these considered High-Performance? what is the mAh rating?

I do not know the mAh rating . These batteries last a very, very long time.
