Why did you pick this product vs others?:Im very disappointed with this. I read the reviews before buying this and I thought it was good. Upon receiving it and start the installation process I couldn’t turn it on. I look at the user manual which is poorly done and there was not pictures of settings. I returned it. I honestly don’t recommend.

When I got it I could put the sd card in the slot it was loose seemed to be broken , finally got it set up and it wouldn’t stay charged and it wouldn’t stay connected 10 ft away this device was wack hopefully I can get to the ups to return it’s a no for me

It's a little bigger than the photos show, but it's a very good camera and the audio works very well, and the video recording isn't that bad. At first, I didn't like it and was going to return it, but when I started using it, I realized that it does its job and is very good for monitoring your children, etc. Don't forget that the camera only works with 2.4GHZ Wi-Fi.

I was not able to finish setting up the camera app. When you finish step 2, the app requires a credit card number. I tried to bypass the step as I wouldn't be purchasing anything. Apparently there is a key you need to finish setup, and you can't get it till you add your credit card.

Directions were very vague and in Chinese. Purchased a sd card but you still need a subscription

This camera is so tiny, you can place it behind a few leaves of a potted plant and it will remain undetected. A good way to monitor the goings on in your home when you're not around. The picture quality is more than adequate for this type of application. I like how easy this camera was to set up. A USB cable and charging cube are included. Download the app and follow the prompts. That's it. All set. Although I keep this camera trained on the front door of my home for security purposes, it's also good for checking up on my dog. We're working on separation anxiety (his, not mine). The camera's motion detection feature can be set to filter animal movement so that I'm alerted only when it detects human movement. I'll be ordering another one of these cameras for the back door as well. I might put one in the kitchen too. Maybe then I'll figure out who keeps putting the empty milk carton back in the fridge.
