When I scan a card is it easy to transfer to my contacts on my phone and or computer?

I haven't even been able to get my computer to recognize the card scanner..total waste of money so far

I found out today the CardScan 500 only works with 32 bit computers. Anyone having it work with 64 bit??

I use it with Windows 7 Professional 64bit with no problem.

does this work with Win 8.1?

Sorry about the delayed response. I don't know the answer as I use Windows 7. However you can contact CardScan support via the Dymo website or call 020 3564 83 54 if you are in the UK.

I see that cardscan software has been discontinued. the cardscan software will not install on windows 10. what new software are people migrating to?

The software should be able to work in compatibility mode even on windows 10
