Clear mind/ Clear comfort!
I purchased this cushion because I have trouble maintaining a comfortable pose when meditating. Using a kneeling bench sends my feet to sleep, and I was experiencing back pain when sitting on a normal cushion or just on the floor. I have already been able to double my sitting time using this cushion with no problems. It is comfortable, a good size, and well made. It is firm enough to support you, but flexible enough to allow you to find your own comfortable posture, it doesn't try to force you into a one-size-fits-all pose. I can now concentrate on my meditation, rather than my aching back! I would highly recommended this cushion.

Beautifully contoured
Wow! At last someone has designed a cushion that works. Contoured beautifully to my bottom and lending the necessary support for my back, it is so comfortable. I will normally sit for between an hour and two hours and this cushion gives me all the comfort and support I need.It's not cheap but if you are serious about being comfortable whilst meditating and you do it regularly then a small price to pay.I would recommend this cushion to all serious meditators.
