It is not one star also, it is not metallic also. It has some kind of shine on it which vanished away after few minutes, after this it looks like cheap balloon. I ordered this pack and opened on the birthday to decorate, the colour was red instead of light pink. Had do with it in the last moment. These guys should stop cheating people like this. The worst product, waste of money
