Q: Does this work good for 120 x 72 x 22 inch pool? I have a summer wave 3D pool.

Yes, it serves it's purpose but wished it was elastic instead of the strings to tie. But if you do it right it works

The one I received was sky blue. Worked pretty good..

If in the sun it does help trap the heat in helping to keep water warmer than without.

Q: How long does this allow the same water to stay in the pool? Do you have to add a chemical treatment? Does work as good as solar cover for heat?

As far as same water goes this would help with keeping out leaves and bugs. A shock treatment applied right does help. If it setup in good sunlight does help with warming water.
