An excellent book for Happy and worry free life. A very good general reading self-help book.

Content is superb.This is my second Dale Carnegie book after “How to win friends and influence people”. Although examples are bit dated, the core points still hold true.Font is a bit small, although not very tiny to strain eyes.Some printing errors.Also, cover could have been oil printed, rather than the plain thick paper which can get damaged easily.

I liked the book. I have only read the first 100 pages yet but I must say it has helped me by giving the practical methods to apply to my daily life to help me ease with my nervousness and overthinking.I totally recommend it. If you want to learn to get rid of your worries you have to not only read but reread and apply the methods to your life. I think 300 rupees is a really small price to pay if you actually want to help yourself out of worries. Don't you agree??
