Description

Santa Maria Novella is one of the oldest pharmacies in the world. Founded by Dominican friars in 1221, the year of their arrival in Florence, the pharmacy used medicinal herbs grown in the monastic gardens to make medications, balms and pomades for the monk’s infirmary. Santa Maria Novella products including colognes, soaps, bath and body products, ancient preparations are still hand made on site in Florence, according to age-old recipes and artisans methods. Handcrafted wax tablets, scented with Officina Profumo Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella's Relax fragrance. Decorated by hand with orange slices and dog rose hips. Avoid direct contact with fabrics.

5⭐️ For look but doesn’t have long lasting scent

Maybe it sits with vendor too long. Beautiful package and presentation but the scent does not last long or give an impact I want. I hung it at bathroom and closet but result was disappointing. Maybe if I bought it at the original shop in Italy where it didn’t sit on the shelf too long, it might have been different is what I am guessing.
