Product is good weight also good but there is a joint in between the pot looks they have made two different parts and joined together but there is no leakage and I am sure it will not happen but can see the mark from outside and the tap they have send separate so after fixing the lap there is a leakage we have to buy the tape to tighten the tap to not to leak overall it’s a good buy amazon have to improve the delivery time rather they do business with prime non prime it attracts customers to show interest to buy the products from amazon. Last but not least the tap is rotatable not the hard press so easy to cut the water when the class is filling

The tap is leaking and is too irritating

Initially I was quite apprehensive after reading the reviews for this items and similar from other brands too, but now that I received this, all such doubts are gone. Many reviews complained that tap was not fitted and when fitted by the user it was leaking. BUT I RECEIVED YHE UNIT WITH TAP PRE FITTED, NOT A DROP OF WATER LEAKING.While I have no method to know the purity of copper (that is left to trust!), the item is sturdy and definitely appears long lasting. Arrived on time and in perfect packing. Absolutely, nothing to complain.With additional discounts during amazon sale, this is true value for money.

Better quality Tap would have been provided. Inside tap threading length would have been more by another 10 mm in order to accommodate a higher thickness brass nut. Difficult to hold the existing Nut.Teflon tape has been provided to arrest leakage. Kept in use. Prefer higher storage capacity of 16 litres. If acceptable for return , Higher capacity will be ordered. Thank you

Product is good except that the tap that came with it is defective and keeps leaking. Got it checked with a plumber and tried to repair however, the internal part of the tap itself was defective. This made the product unusable and useless.Had to buy a plastic tap locally and fixed it to the matka, now working okay.Hence giving rating of 3.Otherwise everything else is great- ordering, dispatch, delivery- all fast and effective

It is good. But i received without lid. Please arrange to send copper water dispencer's lid. Please send as soon as possible.

I have bought this product last year. It is really a good and useful product. Now I want to buy the same again for a gift purpose but it is unavailable for a long time.

Product will make you happy when you see it for the first time.It is good looking and of thick copper sheet.But fixing the tap which comes separately is a real disaster.Hard to understand how company don't test before delivering the product.Tap quality is not up to the mark.Be prepared to fight with water leakage before ordering one.Fixing the tap is a real challange.
