Q: Does the beet roll around on its own? Or at least side to side? Looking for tummy time toy.

It does not roll on it own, however, there is no resistance to the toy so it rolls with the touch of a finger. It’s extremely sensitive to touch and beat boxes with the slightest movement or touch. It’s perfect for tummy time, as it encourages the baby to reach and go after it! I loooooved this for my little when she was doing tummy time. You’ll like the toy too! I highly recommend!

Q: How long can the product be used?

I don't know how long the battery will last on this item. I purchased the avacado guitar toy and my great granddaughter just loved it. She loves anything that plays music and her dad plays the guitar so she especially liked this toy. She played with it all day when she got it and it was still going strong. I would guess it would matter how long it was on each day and if you remembered to turn it off when it wasn't being played with. I was happy with the purchase as my granddaughter seemed to really like it.
