Size Name:10Kg 100% Pure Raw Organic Honey ***Unfiltered,Unheated,Unpasteurized *** This is raw wildflower Bulgarian honey, Freshly harvested September 2019. We are extremely proud of the high quality of our honey and its rich taste. Our pure raw honey is sourced and produced by small family run bee farms where bees are treated with respect. The beekeepers rely only on traditional and natural treatments - their bees are never treated with antibiotics, hormones or unnatural chemicals. Wildflower honey is made by bees that have collected nectar from a local source of wildflowers. The taste and composition of wildflower honey can vary depending upon the variety of flowers in bloom at the time the honey is made. The potential health benefits of honey are many due to its nutrient rich content and anti-microbial properties. Compared to other honey types, wildflower honey contains a greater number of antioxidants. Pure honey is subject to crystallization. Honey crystallization is a natural phenomenon by which honey turns from a liquid to semi-solid state with granular composition.  If honey does not crystallize for a long time, except for those types of honey in which the natural crystallization process goes slower (acacia), that often is a clear indication for honey adulteration, dilution, etc. To liquefy crystallized honey, simply put the honey jar in warm water and stir until the crystals dissolve. Do NOT microwave honey. This will destroy all the beneficial enzymes and properties of the honey. Not suitable for infants under 1 year age.
