I like this item better than another more expensive item that I bought from Amazon before.My hand can go inside of the pocket, it makes easier to apply pressure when use this. My aches and pains are more severe plus I am 60 something now, old aches and pain require medication plus heavy message to ease. But this rolling balls helps too. I use this in shower and I really like it.

I was pleasantly surprised when I got this. It is well made and very effective on sore muscles, even for sore TMJ. The glove part is a little awkward but I can live with that. Balls roll nicely and it has held up. Would recommend.
