Perfect
The media could not be loaded. The best bottle I've ever used, my coffee stays lukewarm from one day to the next. And on the same day it stays very hot all the time. Very good, great size, great material. It's worth it.

Awesome carafe, great at keeping water hot
This carafe is great at keeping the water hot. I like to drink tea gongfu style, the carafe enables me to do repeated pours of water at a desired temperature throughout a tea session. I use this everyday, it's indispensable to me

The coffee stays hot
I just got this. The first thing I did was add four cups of water at a temperature of 200 degrees. I left it for 12 hours and it was still 160 degrees. I haven't found anything else that retains the heat that well.I made a pot of coffee and left it in there for three hours. It stayed very hot and it tasted so much fresher than coffee that's been sitting in a pot on a warmer.I love the size. Perfect for my needs. The color is not really white. It's more of a winter white/cream tone. It looks perfectly fine next to my pure white tea kettle. The colors compliment each other.

Keeps Stuff Hot Longest I've Seen
I bought this exact brand and model in white 20+ years ago for my mother. She raved about how coffee, put in it at dinner time was still hot enough to drink in the morning. My aunt got one and had the same experience. They still use them and the white plastic has not yellowed over the years. I just bought one recently for myself, and they still make them like they used to. Holds about 1/2 pot of coffee from an average coffee machine. Stays hot for way longer than it probably has to, and looks good doing it.

Not good
I have purchased 2 of this produce and one does not hold heat at all. I called customer service, and they said there is nothing c they can do about it. They would not replace the product. I would never buy this again.

Works Well for Me!!
Bought this carafe in August of this year, its very stylish, but best of all it keeps my coffee hot all day long, the only draw back is if you drop it, its gone and broken... I have solved that problem for myself, I bought two more, one to use and the other as a backup when STUFF happens! Very good carafe, and I do love my coffee, fast shipping also....

Essential flaw
My last carafe (replacing because it is 20 yrs old and plastic worn to where it can not be cleaned) had a push button on top. Push once to pour and then again to close. This one has a thumb trigger which you must depress while you pour. That places your hand at the very top of the carafe while all the weight is at the bottom. Think of trying to pour gas out of a gas can by only holding the top. A first world problem, to be sure. But it is a design flaw and could have easily been engineered better.
