We have absolutely loved this travel pillow! It's comfy, durable, and easy to use. When we did run into an issue with the pillow, the customer service team was incredible to work with. They handled everything quickly and without hesitation. It's refreshing to find a company that truly stands behind their product. Highly recommend!

Best neck pillow I have ever had. What I like the most is that the back is flat so your head sits firmly against the seat of the car. Also, I love the higher sides which keep my neck firm. We just drove 2 hours on a very curvy road and as my husband navigated each curve, my neck stayed stable unlike other times we have traveled curves. It was pricier than others, but it is soft and well made and I think it will last many years.

**I edited this from a 2 star review to a 4 star review. I emailed Cabeau about the torn case and they sent a new one right out to me free of charge. So they made it right. I also suspect, but do not know for certain, that the pillow I received was a return that Amazon sent me. This would make my experience with the pillow more of an Amazon issue than a Cabeau one.** Pros: the memory foam is comfy. And the clasp is a nice feature that helps secure your head when in use. Cons: the fabric is very thin and weak. After just a little bit of use mine was torn at the seams. So it doesn't seem rugged enough for extensive travel. It doesn’t come with a case. Because of the memory foam, there was potential to provide us a case that compressed the pillow down to almost nothing. But without one, you’re forced to either dangle it from a bag (thereby picking up airport and hotel nastiness) or take up precious real estate in your bag. It’s an absolute dust and hair magnet. Another thing not helped by not coming with a case. If you like to wear noise canceling headphones on flights like I do, unless you’re bigger with a long neck, odds are you’ll have to choose between wearing one or the other. Contouring the pillow just a tad could have allowed for headphone use to further aid in sleep, but no such design feature exists on the pillow.

I’ve never tried a pillow like this before. I have a thin neck so it’s always been a struggle to find a pillow to snug me quite like this one. I love that you can adjust the snug to your liking. The length is amazing as well. I am a side sleeper so naturally I bend my neck when I fall asleep and with this pillow, since is tall, I don’t wake up with a stiff neck, it does the lift for me while I sleep. And last, the back of the pillow is genius because is flat and doesn’t give you the discomfort of leaning forward while you lay on it. Although I do have to say, I feel like I have to be extra careful with the backside of the pillow because is so thin compared to the sides of it and I feel like one wrong move and I could tear the foam. So just beware of that.

After using this pillow for a few flights the integrity of the foam has really broken down. It is still okay, but I find I need to cram something between my cheek and the side of the pillow or there is no support for my head I take a red eye flight about twice a year. I am so tired of buying worthless pillows so I ordered six of the popular ones to compare them. The clear winner is the Cabeau Evolution Classic Memory Foam Travel Pillow. It is the only one that is tall and firm enough to support your head without having to hike up your shoulder. The back is flat, so it does not push your head forward. You can lean to either side and to the front without straining your neck. (I don’t have any connection to this company and was not paid for this review.) the BCOZZY Chin Supporting Patented Travel Pillow could work well for children but is not tall enough or secure enough for an adult. (I am an average sized woman 5’6” with a fairly long neck.) It is pretty comfortable doubled up on the side, but I think it would fall off if you actually fell asleep. The Veken Travel Pillow is very soft. It might be a good option for a very large person. It was not tight enough around my neck to offer any support at all. The Travel Pillow Best 100% Memory Foam is just gimmicky. It looks like you can adjust all kinds of things on it, but there is zero difference when you make the adjustments. It is flimsy and does not give any support. The ComfoArray Head Support Travel Pillow feels like a neck brace so it is a little constricting. I thought for a second that this gave good support, but after leaning into it, it just gives out. The Familamb Travel Pillow has a very strong chemical smell. Like the others it doesn’t offer much support.

I had been looking for the perfect neck pillow for a long time. My head would always go forward or to one side or the other; I could never really get comfortable. However, when I put my new pillow on (from Cabeau), I could not believe how comfortable it truly was. My head stayed upright, and I was much more relaxed! Thank you for a great product!

I tried a bunch of different random Amazon pillows before I finally got this one (recommended by my sister). It’s the best and worth a couple extra bucks to have an actual comfortable neck pillow. I used this on my trip to Switzerland and it was exactly what I needed. It’s soft, provides support, rolls up and stores away easily, and has a removable/washable cover. I mean if you’re looking for a travel pillow or really just a neck pillow for sitting long hours at your desk, this is great. For reference, I am a 5’2’’ petite person and this worked for me..also worked for my brother and boyfriend so it seems to be pretty standard fit. Worth it.

My wife and I tried really hard to give this pillow a chance and brought it with us on several trips with flights ranging from 6 to 13 hours that we would be sleeping on. All the great reviews and doctor recommendation made us believe this pillow would be perfect. Unfortunately, it is difficult to sleep with for several reasons: it had a higher profile than normal pillows [which in theory would give more support, but instead makes it difficult to get comfortable], it becomes very warm due to the memory foam [ which several times made me toss it to the floor as it was overheating and sleep with the chair head rest instead], and it is very thick around the back of your neck, pushing your head forward further making it uncomfortable and difficult to sleep with. Beyond the discomfort with sleeping, this pillow is terrible for traveling. I've had other travel pillows that would fold up and condense in a carrier bag or with straps, but this pillow has no such features and you are therefore left with a giant pillow that took up a 1/4 of my suitcase and ended up just being a cushion for different gifts we purchased. Skip the hype and skip this pillow!

The pillow and material look nice, but unfortunately, it’s not for me. It’s very warm, and it covers my ears so I can’t use my headphones properly (((

I had high expectations, but for me and my wife, it was just not very practical. It felt a little bulky and didn't bring our head in the proper position to rest let alone sleep. Quality was very good, just nog for us.

Es la segunda vez que compro este modelo de almohada, me ayuda bastante no solo para viajar sino también para dolores de cuello y cabeza en el día a día. La funda se puede quitar fácilmente para lavarse, y la bolsita que trae a un lado es buenísima para guardar ya sea el celular, los audífonos, los earplugs o el antifaz para dormir. Lo único que no me queda claro es cómo limpiar el cojín de esponja de relleno, ya que si lo toca cualquier líquido lo absorbe rapidísimo y no logra secarse por dentro, y se apesta. Si lo metes a la secadora se rompe, y aunque lo dejes días enteros bajo el sol no se seca en absoluto (así le pasó a mi primera almohada, me duró 5 años hasta que intenté lavar el relleno y se rompió). Las instrucciones de lavado de la etiqueta no son nada claras. Pero fuera de eso esta almohada es una maravilla y es la mejor que he tenido. La recomiendo totalmente!!

É bastante confortável, encaixa bem, os cordões de aperto são funcionais. Excelente produto.
