Great addition to my therapy gym. Ideal for ankle and back deficits. No warping with my heavy(320lb) client either. Surface is grippy along with the bottom. Would purchase again.

Good strong wedge just the very edge is a little to flexible ., but it really is not where your standing directly , its very strong good wedge

Perfect for lifting. Stability is good and the foam seems sturdy. No complaints here! Design is good for grip. Lifted with it at the gym a few times without issue, the rubber pads at the bottom are good for non slip.
