I have had quite a number of foam rollers over the years but is the best by far. I was looking for a high density roller just like the one my physio uses.I use it for rolling out my muscles and also for physio exercises such as upper back extensions.It comes in minimal packaging - just a plastic wrap.Also, it's a great colour and a great priceIf this review has been helpful please indicate below.

I use this product to help with back and shoulder issues, as recommended by my physio. I lie full length along the roller so it supports my head and neck down to lower back and rear. It is important that the roller supports the back but is not too hard and uncomfortable or too soft ans spongy. This seems to be exactly right and is certainly great value for money compared with similar items on the site. FYI I weigh about 76 kilos. Very prompt delivery too.

Stars for Fast delivery and nice bright color. Durability? Not sure. And quality is average. I can feel some points are a bit deepened that could be bcoz i stood on my foot to roll on it and balance. It could be a bit harder and more affective. I use it for a back ache and it eases the tension at my back a bit but i have to use it for a longer time. My physio had andifferent one which was more expensive but quite effective. Overall u get what you pay for.

Great quality, nice firm foam roller. Good to use after those tough gym sessions to ease muscles and iron out any knots.Very good to build core strength too, can be used in several ways but a nice one is for upper to lower back. Also use to roll over tight hamstrings.

First roller I received was bad quality, it was uneven shape and poorly made overall. I complained and got replacement which completely differs from first roller and is of quality I was expecting when ordering foam roller (also same as on picture that previous buyer posted). second rollers even differ in colour not even to mention quality, secondly my friend ordered same roller for herself at the same time and what she received was just as bad as mine, she even says hers had bent on top so it seems like there is no foam inside the roller and few little bents around roller.

Only gave product a 4 and not a 5* rating because I’ve only had it a few days and not really had a chance to read information and practice with it yet ..it feels firm enough and although it is bigger than I thought it would be seems to be ok ...I did initially buy it for my lower back and have since found out that they are not ideal for that area ...so will have to study the e-literature I received for the full benefit .very prompt delivery can’t fault that at all ,hopefully it’ll be as hard wearing as it appears to be over time .hope this helps someone .

Although I haven't yet put this roller to use, it feels similar to those used in class so I am looking forward to the opportunity to be able to stretch and flex with this at home.

I was rather sceptical about the benefits of using a foam roller, but following a recommendation I looked for one to try out. This had good reviews and seemed very reasonably priced - and I must say that I am delighted with it. I find it slightly weird feeling but it is certainly effective. Stiff, painful shoulders were relieved almost immediately and my hips and lower limbs have increased range of movement. Obviously, I can't comment on how long the roller will last, but it is certainly great value for money. Super efficient delivery, too!

Sencillo y bueno. Lo uso para la recuperacin muscular de una pierna y tambien para la espalda. Al ser liso no se clava nada y es perfecto. Mucho mas barato que otros con mejor aspecto, pero 100% funcional q es lo importante.

Muy práctico y útil para aquellas personas que entrenen o hagan ejercicio en casa. A mí me lo recomendó mi fisioterapeuta. En cuestión calidad precio es uno de los mejores productos.

El producto está bien. El problema ha sido mío. Me resulta pequeño para los ejercicios. Hay que pedir uno más largo.
