I m using it since last 3years .No doubt it's very tasty.dissolve easily. I mix it with (soaked chia seeds over night) it becomes more tasty and I feel satisfying and full.

Taste wise it's not so good especially strawberry flavour.. but in terms of result, it is one of the best I ever tried.. it really helps in gaining that ripped body with no excess of fat
