The bearings can screw/unscrew into the handles, if you can send us a picture of where they came apart we can send you more instructions. Q: How can I order the pink handle ones? Seems that only black is available.

The pink variation is currently unavailable. We are doing our best to get it back in stock as soon as possible. Once in stock, it will show up on the product page next to the other colors

Q: How do you adjust the size of the rope?

The size can be easily adjusted by moving the screws up or down the cable. You can do this by hand, no tools are needed. To cut off the excess wire you just need a regular pair of pliers

Q: Can you buy weights to insert into the handle?

Hello, no the handles are fixed, you cannot add any weight to them. We do sell a heavier cable that you can use with the standard handles, which will have roughly 2x the weight of the rope that is mounted on the handles
