Great for back sleepers! Mehh for all others.
I liked the price, but ended up finding a pillow that offers more support for just a few bucks more. Trial and error. This particular pillow is nice, but is imo only ideal for back sleepers. As someone who sleeps on both side and back, it does not work well for sleeping on one's side...there just isn't enough support for that. If you're worried about it arriving flat in the mail, give it about 24 hours to truly "puff up". The memory foam quality is great for the price point, and holds said "memory" well. Plenty of support for a back-sleeper as it cradles the back of my head and neck well. But otherwise useless to me as I sleep in all sorts of positions...this may be the perfect find for some though. It will really depend. It is kind of small so be aware of that. I'd say it would fit nicely on a full mattress, but looks a bit dwarfed on our Queen. Then again, who cares? It's a neck support pillow...

After I received the pillow, I found that the line next to it was cracked. I decisively wrapped it back. I would not buy it, so I gave a bad review of the star. This is what I received, for the buyer to share, thank you.

Not comfortable and VERY small
I had to return this pillow. It was very small and not comfortable at all. I have a lot of problems with neck and shoulder pain. I was hoping this would help but it made things worse.

Avoid - turns into brick in about 6 weeks
This pillow is delivered flat and expands to its form in about a day. Initially all was good and I really liked it but after using It for a month it’s turned into a brick, very hard and not usable anymore. If it had retained its original feel and flex it would have been awesome but as it is this is junk, avoid buying.
