Best for making milk tea
Best item for making milk tea. I have tried other coated items from imported brands, they get scratched very easily. Making tea requires a slow gradual heating and I feel this is best suited for it. Cleaning can be done without worrying about scratches. If your water is hard there may be some round circles from where the bubbles emanate those are mineral deposits and not a defect and can be cleaned. Handle is good too. Good teapan
I was looking for a steel Teapan to replace my aluminum one. Found the stahl 14cm teapan very good for making 3 cups of tea. The best part is it is easy to clean and retains the flavour of tea very well while making. You can surely go for it.

This is my second sauce pan from stahl.Other Stahl products I own: Kadai (18 cm)- for tadka, Saucepan (16 cm): for tea, Sauce pot (14 cm), Frypan (24 cm), Tope (16cm), xpress cooker (2.5l). All these cookware are loved & used daily for past 1 year.Pro: They're excellent quality, well made (specially handles), not hot spots, easy to clean, will last you lifetime. Best part is they are made in INDIA.Caution: cook on medium/low flame.
