Seriously, does anyone read or purchase this book unless they're taking an exam? I passed the exam, therefore I love the book. However, if you're NOT taking an exam, and you don't have some sort of unique masochistic sub-fetish involving torture via mental consumption of large doses of building code (brilliant as it may be), I don't know that I could recommend this one to you.

the book is amazing it was of real help while i was prepping for my ICC inspectors exam. The commentary that is provide in the book really helped out. A must have reference for anyone interested in getting their ICC cert's
