Q: Is it any good for carpeted floors?

We have a fairly deep carpet and it's fine. It runs into trouble if the strands are so long they can get wound up in the spinning brush, or it's so deep/uneven it can't get traction and gets stuck. We have a long haired rug on the carpet and that defeats it, so I stuck a blocking strip under the rug to dissuade it from going on.

Q: Can I use the app over the internet to start the hover cleaning if im not at home?

Yes. The app lets you start cleaning, choose a mode (quick, edge , auto or spot clean. It will allow you to send it home and also show you its current state (cleaning, charging, standby, heading home) and the battery level. You can set thew cleaning schedule through the app too. Hope that helps

Q: Is it good for laminated parquet flooring please?

It’s excellent for solid floors. We’ve had ‘Sweep’ for two weeks and I’m amazed by how good it is. We have mainly Karndean flooring downstairs and carpet upstairs and this little robot copes brilliantly with both - just make sure shoelaces are out of its range as it can get stuck, wrapping them around its brushes. Otherwise, it’s a brilliant little machine.
