Can't go wrong, Great insurance for a student/commuter
A must for commuter students. I ride a bicycle or motorcycle to class daily. I have yet to lose the cover even at 55mph. Fits my 30L Maxpedition Falcon 2 just fine, even with a medium roly-poly and coffee mug on the side. Keeps my pack dry even in medium/hard rain. I wouldn't expect it to hold up to a constant down pour because water will run down your back and seep into a back pack that way but it holds up admirably to the weather I'm willing to ride through to get home.

Great for walking in rain on vacation
I have used on several vacations now. The latest was to Paris where you can always expect rain at some point on your vacation. As we always pack a backpack when walking around on vacation, we needed to keep it dry when we were walking in the rain. It packs easily in the backpack and is easy to put on. Worked perfect and saved us a lot of money instead of buying a waterproof backpack. Was pleasantly surprised how well it worked
