do you know how many sms can send in 1 hour? manual with at commands is include?

I wasn't able to make this one work. But for this kind of modems it is dependent on the service provider. Here in Costa Rica it is about 300 sms by hour. The modem do not comes with any documentation. I do not recommend to buy this thing if you are trying learn how to use it. I needed to search the internet for similar modems to find manuals. Even though I had experience with similar modems, I could not make this work. I don't have support either, so if any fails no body will help you.

No external power supply as its USB powered. Comes with an antenna.

Can you connect this to a travel router?
