GOOD but not Great....
It works, but when the bass gets too loud it begins to crackle in the speakers. The connection issues are also annoying to deal with. I find myself constantly having to reset the connection in order to get any sound to come through. 3 stars because even with the issues mentioned, at slightly lower volume it sounds good enough to enjoy movies and I haven't noticed any delays in sound.

Didn't work. No Customer service.
Was trying to extract analog audio from the HDMI ARC on my TV, which is what this thing is supposed to do. I had the right cables (ARC rated), and set the TV audio to PCM instead of digital. Nothing. I emailed the seller, but received no response. Returning this unit.

Worked for a while
I bought this under a different brand but it's exactly the same. It worked for about 2 months and then started having intermittent problems. Then is just completely failed. Not worth the risk.
